Lee joined Synarbor in 2001 as a trainee Recruitment Consultant - Previously he had worked in two Primary School admin roles and was Bursar in two Secondary Schools in Sheffield. Lee became Manager of the Sheffield Branch in 2002 and Senior Manager in 2005. Lee was then made Executive Manager in 2007, heading Supply Desk nationally. 2010 is going to be an exciting year for Supply Desk (soon to be Synarbor Education) in terms of offerings to the market place and Lee is very much looking forward to being part of this.
Sheldon joined Supply Desk in 2008 as Branch Manager of Manchester. With the support of his team, Sheldon has worked diligently to grow the branch and has successfully built a strong link between clients and candidates in the area. Sheldon has since been promoted to Senior Manager - North. Sheldon’s new role will ensure that Manchester and its surrounding branches continue to grow and succeed.
Clare Thompson is the Senior Manager for the Midlands. Clare has worked for Supply Desk since 2002 and ran the Nottingham branch of Supply Desk up until her maternity leave in 2008. Clare now looks after branches covering East Anglia, West Midlands, East Midlands, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and the Humber
