We source quality teachers from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US and South Africa supported by our 16 offices across the UK, and our international offices in Australia and Canada.

At Synarbor, we understand the importance of keeping your students safe, we ensure all of our candidates and very own staff complete our online safeguarding training.

Our services include a comprehensive and stringent vetting process in line with the DCSF standards. We ensure all of the following appropriate checks are undertaken by our candidates:

o CVs are comprehensive

o References are personally verified

o All candidates have up-to-date police checks

o All qualifications and passports are certified

We will only submit an application to you once we have a suitable CV and two written references, which we will submit alongside a profile based on an in-depth pre-interview and knowledge of the teacher’s pedagogy and skill set.

We understand the time constraints and pressures you face on a daily basis and we know advertising and short listing can be time consuming. We will advertise and promote opportunities at your school free of charge, whilst filtering and shortlisting candidates.

We will support you by gathering, checking and providing all necessary documentation to ensure the recruitment process is straightforward, allowing you to spend time supporting your staff and students.

We do not charge a fee for viewing or interviewing our candidates, nor do we charge a membership fee.

Our service is free of charge to you unless you appoint one of our candidates.

By the time our teachers reach you, they will have received a thorough briefing about what to expect once they arrive (if from overseas) culturally, socially and professionally. We ensure they feel supported and ready to commit to your school and your students.

We understand that this can be a challenging time for teachers and support them with information before they go with continued support on arrival.

We are confident that our teachers will commit to you and your school and will only put forward teachers willing to commit to a one year contract, if not two years.
