Peace of mind
As a Quality Mark agency, we pride ourselves on our extensive checking of all teaching staff before they are presented for your vacancies. We ensure that all of our candidates are fully scrutinised, meeting and exceeding our high standards.
Synarbor attaches great importance to the quality of our registration procedure and is guided by the Department of Education (previously known as the DCSF) Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education policies.
Despite the uncertain times in relation to the ISA and GTC, Synarbor wants to ensure that all our clients feel at ease. Due to the current cut backs we understand that organizations may feel uncomfortable and may not be fully aware of the recommended checks and latest changes to vetting laws. However, Synarbor employs subject matter experts that can consult and manage your staffing requirements ensuring all candidates are fully vetted and checked; our centrally based Compliance department works full time on this area.
Synarbor believes that safeguarding and vetting issues are of the upmost importance. Synarbor is a proud and established holder of the DFE Quality Mark, in addition to this we have recently gained this accreditation for our One to One Tutor pool. The standards behind this accreditation ensures that all of our candidates whether they are placed in day to day, long term or permanent positions, are fully vetted and have received Synarbor’s safeguarding training. Our latest developments in technology means you can access up to date information on the stringent vetting checks on all of our candidates.
Furthermore don’t forget that our CRB Umbrella Body service ensures all your staff are vetted correctly by letting Synarbor process CRBs for all staff at your school.
In order to maintain these standards and to continually develop our candidates, Synarbor has developed an
online safeguarding questionnaire
for all of our registered candidates and clients.
In addition to this, we also ensure all of our very own staff have completed safeguarding training and are fully up to date with the latest vetting laws and policies.
We give you peace of mind by knowing that teaching staff placed through us have been 100% vetted by our dedicated compliance team. For each candidate, we check, complete and keep on file the following:
