| The Synarbor Portal is a bespoke system designed specifically for the Synarbor group to deliver ease and efficiencies to our public sector clients. The online system has been designed as a 'high touch' partnership tool, that is an enabler not an electronic 'online only' site. Over the past five years there has been a severe de-valuing of certain public sector professions through the introduction of online only resource solutions. This top down procurement does not take into account additional attributes that are not typically in the 'tick box'. The Synarbor system and teams will environment map your school, cluster, authority or organisation, to deliver the best fit candidate and solution. Access can be given to the portal with different levels of security, allowing messages for all staff members to be posted and viewed, access to online timesheets and calendars, management and tracking information, financial reports alongside any other bespoke services such as 'rarely cover' mapping or Skills Gap Analysis. |

OpenLink is contained within the portal and is an easy to use Vendor Managed recruitment system, creating a transparent relationship with our clients and agencies. Clients have full control at their fingertips, 24/7, 365 days of the year. Place bookings on the system, view advance diarised bookings, log, manage and access date sensitive information through the open view calendar, you can also request specific candidates or further information whenever you want. The ease of the system is without question; all clients have an immediate overview of their department and organisation, such as jobs, interviews, events and spend. The calendar emails and/or SMS the interview details 24 hours in advance to all parties, as well as allowing you to re/pre-book supply cover directly through the required date. |
Rarely Cover Mapping
As 'rarely cover' is an increasing issue for schools, Synarbor has created a mapping tool and an online calculator to help with forecasting, again this is accessible via the portal. We will work with you to map supply cover requirements for both teaching and non-teaching staff. Roll this information forward and we will present you with the most financially efficient process of delivering on 'rarely cover' legislation. Our management information tools deliver logistical, fiscal and accountable clarity through simple to use reports. Every interview, placement, timesheet, request, re/pre - book and cost can be accounted for at the click of a button. The reports can be displayed in a dashboard form through the use of pie charts, bar graphs or in a simple tabular format. If needed, each slice, bar or column can be drilled down, to present more granulised information. |
